WOW. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer service and overall experience! Jim was beyond helpful and reassuring from start to finish in helping me find my dream car, right before Christmas too! He had the exact model I was looking for and above all he couldn’t have provided me with more information if he’d tried. Jim was able to answer every question I had as well as my family and above anything he did not try to “upsell” or “sell” me like many main dealers had. Jim genuinely wanted me to love the car as well as be satisfied with everything that came with the vehicle. The day I went to the showroom the car was in immaculate condition and I took it for a test drive and loved it! Moreover, when I went to pick the car up a week later it had again been deep cleaned inside and out and I was extremely satisfied with the service! Just wanted to thank Steve for a refreshingly pleasant buying experience. We bought a lovely little Merc SLK. When it developed what turned out to be a minor issue a couple of days later, Steve responded immediately, fixed it quickly, and delivered the car back to us. Well what can I say about Steve I most definitely would not give him 5 stars more like 10 stars!! He’s been absolutely fantastic from start to finish buying my Mercedes A class it’s difficult times right now not being able to test drive but from the video of the car it’s exactly what I brought. Also on arrival Steve spent 10 mins showing me how the car functioned what everything was for I cannot recommend getaroundcars enough and would I use them again 100% really smooth transition.

Getaround had the model car i wanted. I went to their indoor showroom, and yes there was the car I wanted. After a test drive and chat about the details. I bought the car and I was treated to a home delivery of the car that saved me a lot of hassle being a one legged paraplegic. I can now make the changes to the car and get around once more. Waited a LOOONG time to write this post as I wanted to be absolutely sure that the car was fine. I bought a Peugeot 107 literally 12 months ago from Steve, I was very sceptical about any purchase that I could have made at the as I have bought my fair share of lemons before. I've been driving the car for 12 months now and it's just passed it's MOT with no advisories 12 months later. The only thing I've done to it since buying the car is carry out a service. Steve was very accommodating and put all of my worries at rest, he had a fresh MOT put on the car for me when I bought it and the fact that the car came with a 3 month warranty really helped me relax in the first few months of ownership. Genuinely nice guy and very pleasant experience through and through, thank you!

would like to credit GetAroundCars in Anstey for their excellent after sales and customer focus. I purchased a cheap little Corsa, it needed a few jobs doing pre sale. Once I had driven the car home post sale, I found a few more things that I had not picked up on during the initial test drive. Jim and Steve did not hesitate in taking the car back to rectify all of my issues, beyond the standard that I had expected. They were easy to speak to and even provided me with transport to and from the local railway station. It is refreshing to deal with a company who puts customer satisfaction before sales margins.
